Family Horizons Counseling

Family Horizons offers comprehensive psychotherapy and forensic mental health services within Illinois. With locations in both the Ravenswood and Pilsen neighborhoods of Chicago, we provide a broad range of outpatient mental health services with various clinicians specializing in working with children, adults, and families. Our therapists have specialized training in mood and anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, acute and complex trauma, difficulties in emotion regulation, and mood and anxiety disorders. 

We offer services for family and child domestic court referrals, in addition to assessments and evaluations including 604.10(b) Custody Evaluations, 215 Mental Health Examinations, and immigration psychological evaluations.
